Taylor Fence was easy to work with throughout the entire process: on-time, great communication, great final product and left a clean job site! They were also the best price on estimate that we got. My review is what a great company, especially Josh Buckner who sold me on their fence two years ago and I had some minor problems and he still assisted in helping us out. He was such a great sales rep and the quality of the split rail fence with the metal screen attached keeps critters out and my small dogs in. I can't say enough of how Josh helped us out and would recommend Taylor Fence to anyone.

Talk about customer service!! Taylor Fence is super professional and helpful. Josh helped me with finding the right parts I needed. He was responsive at every point in the process and finally in the end when the manufacturer would not drop ship to me directly, Josh got in his car and delivered the parts himself! Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND!! If I ever have any fencing needs I know Taylor Fence is my only phone call. I would refer this place to anyone.

Dale and Draven were so great. They were very professional, kind and informative of any hiccups putting in my fence. They worked in very cold and frozen ground conditions and finished very fast. They put up a straighter fence then the last one. They were very considerate of the neighbors dogs and even stayed late to get the neighbors side done in one day for their dogs .
I would definitely recommend them, for sure!

We recently had our fence replaced by Taylor Fence. We were very impressed with every part of the process. From the salesman who came out to discuss the project, to the crew that built the fence (gorgeous!), to the people in the office who handled paperwork. All very professional and easy to work with. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, and left the site in tidy condition. We will definitely use Taylor Fence again in the future!

ABSOLUTELY the most TERRIBLE customer service I've ever encountered. They came out and looked to do a security fence for our neighborhood. The estimator told us that he would have our estimate to us before he left for vacation...never received it; I called the company a few weeks later, and STILL never heard from them...Then I called again yet a THIRD time; spoke personally to the estimator ( I won't mention his name) and he made one excuse after another to me--Our 30,000 dollar neighborhood purchase is obviously not important to this company.(that's the estimate that we received from another fence company and they will do our fence) He promised me that he would send us an estimate within 24 hours--NEVER heard from the guy. We hadn't even started doing business with them, and trouble was brewing... I can't imagine what it would be like to even start with this place... it would be a train wreck waiting to happen. Take your business elsewhere. They get up on the wrong side of the bed and they keep getting up that way EVEN WHEN GIVEN A SECOND AND THIRD CHANCE !!!! This is horrible. I now know why they have so many Google complaints... Shame on Taylor Fence Company and their lying employees who don't seem to give a darn !!!

The General Contractor Taylor Fence has had good communication, that is the only reason for the two stars. The subcontractor to install fence was scheduled to start fence today but did not show up and did not communicate with me. The subcontractor is not very professional and seems to not have the ability to complete a quality product. Across the board stakeholder engagement and the ability to project an accurate timeline is not within the ability of this company.
