Had a suspension break on a fifth wheel camper @ Vail, so I pulled off and called. After a couple seconds I felt like I made the right call. They pinpointed my location and extent of my issue. Clearly a well run business with employees spread out in the area. They located the truck closest and got me in contact. They were to me as soon as they were done their current assignment and got quickly to work on my I70 rattled unit (I70 is designed to destroy campers). Taylor and his helper were awesome. Patched me up and I no longer worry about that spring hanger, I worry about the rest.

I hope the people at Infinity understand how hopeless it can feel to be in my situation and to find a company that made an effort to do what they could to help. It's a helpless feeling to be thousands of miles from home and stuck on the side of the road broken. Keep up the good work. Thank you SO MUCH!

I brought my Jeep in to simply get two 3/16" tabs welded onto the spring plate. I told them exactly what to do. I told them to use some pieces, didn't have to rounded off, could be square, and weld them on to hold the shock. They estimated $150. When I got back, he had cut off the other shock tabs as well, they were fine. He used 3/8" thick steel and rounded the ends. He spent time and bent them on a brake. They were longer and thicker than they needed to be. This was all done without calling me for permission. I asked for two simple tabs and got billed $534. Work was good but communication was a 1. Terrible, I thought $150 was high.

Had a patio chair that needed some welding. Stopped in, the front desk woman was very helpful. They took the chair and said it might be done today. About 2 hours later, they called to say it was done. Picked it up. Looks great. They even painted the area where some additional metal rods were added. Fast, excellent repair, and a very fair price.

They guys at Infinity really knows their metal. I was in town for the weekend and broke a part on my car, they had me welded back up the very next day, and I was able to make it back to Iowa in time for work. Chase, the office manager was very observant of my needs and was able to get it done for a fair price. Very happy with their services and the result. Grateful they were around and open for availability in such short notice.

Ok, the tongue on our trailer broke. Had it towed to Infinity. Not only was it the cleanest welding shop I have ever seen. But the quality of work and service were outstanding. And the price of the repair was reasonable for quality of workmanship. Very satisfied.

Was in town for the week and pulled out snowmobile trailer out of storage to find one of the ramp hinge pins had broken causing the trailer to be unusable. When nobody else could help, infinity welding and fabrication said to bring it by so they could take a look. They had the repair completed within an hour or so for a very reasonable price. We will be back for sure.
