An incredible organic ranch high in the Rocky Mountains, raising some of the best beef we've ever tasted. After purchasing a quarter cow recently we are trying to resist the temptation of enjoying this meat 7 days a week! You can't go wrong with the delicious meat produced at the Maryland Creek Ranch!

Truly some of the best beef I have ever had. I grew up ranching and have always sought out high quality, grass-fed meats. Side of Beef exceeds all expectations, and will be the only beef I purchase from here on out. Leonard was great to work with, providing me with all the info needed, and easy purchase and delivery. Been living in the Summit County area for a while now and had a hard time finding a good supplier for beef. I got the the tip about Side of Beef and cant say anything but great things about their meat. I got to go to the farm and Leo was kind enough to show me around and get to see the farm and all the cows. This is as close as you get to getting from farm to table. Leo is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not to mention that this meat is extremely high quality and one of the best tasting meat I have had in a while. Highly recommend!

Leo and his partners have the best beef I have ever had. I started getting feed up with expensive low grade beef at the local supermarket. I stumbled upon Side of beef online and figured I would try it out. Leo could not have been more welcoming and supportive in the process. Recently picked up a quarter share and could not be happier. He will have a loyal customer in me going forward. Great beef, great prices and even better people!

I inquired about a quarter cow, I emailed them and Leo hooked it up, took my family here and we got to see the cows and what they eat. We got some samples and tried out bear meat and the premade patties and it was all amazing. Bear meat I was a little afraid but it came out good. I also just love how it's local meat no inhumane conditions or hormones pumped into the cows. I'm definitely going to come get a quarter once I have the means.

If I could give Leo and the beef we buy from him 200 stars, I would!!!! Not only is he the nicest guy you'll meet, he raises the most delicious beef you'll eat in your life. We had the best experience today picking up our beef today and even got to see a couple of the steers. Just an amazing experience and truly, the most juiciest flavorful beef you'll eat. My wife and I picked up our second quarter beef from Side of Beef CO after we finished our first quarter that we purchased a year ago. Over the last year we have truly enjoyed every meal we made with the beef. The beef has an excellent flavor, and we love knowing exactly where our food came from.
Doing business with Leo is great, he is very friendly and accommodating and he even took the time to show us his steers in person. He provides a very easy to understand explanation of the benefits of the highland cow and why his product is some of the best available.
Purchasing a quarter or side for a family or even to split between families is an excellent option for people who care about the quality of food in their home while also being conscious of staying within a budget.
