Thank you Colorado Mountain honey for taking care of the beautiful bees and supplying the roaring fork valley with such great honey. $50 dollars for a gallon is such a great price. I have seen gallons for almost $100 dollars in Denver.
The Honey Hut is such a special place 5-10 minutes from Silt off I-70 and we have been dropping by for many years to fill up on the best honey around.
Thank you to the beekeepers for all your hard work. We truly appreciate you.  The honey hut is a special place.

I love the different nuances in the honey based on the specific, local collection sites. Each has a slightly different flavor profile and hue. I also appreciate the ease of purchase, if not from the hut I have bought at Wild Coffee, Natural Grocers, and Roaring Fork Co-op.

My little and I have been coming to CO MT. Honey for years. You can get honey from hives ranging from high mountains to high desserts, for gifts, a gallon at a time, to sticks which I love (and they now make themselves) perfect sweet treats for the kids!! They sell bees wax in bulk which we made candles from for Christmas and home. This local fam works hard and they’re just such an amazing local resource. We love you Co mountain honey!! So thankful to have them here with us! Stop by. You won’t regret it! <3

The honey is good and I've been buying 12 lb buckets every 3 to 4 months from their honey shack in Silt for many years, but their prices have gone from $35 for 12 pound bucket to $60 over the last few years and they've priced themselves out of my market. Lower your prices to $45 for 12 pounds and I'll be willing to come back to you. I've gone back to buying 5lb containers in the regular stores, which is cheaper and more convenient too since I'm already there.

I contacted the company and explained to them my concerns. I offered to buy their buckets for $45, which is equal to store prices. The operator of their "customer service" (Melissa) told me to "shope elsewhere." Sorta rude. Now I'm very disappointed I gave them my time and money all these years. Greedy and rude business owners.

There is no honey crises. Honey prices in stores has increased 21% over the last 9 years. The Colorado Mountain Honey Store has increased theirs 72%! And that's to buy it from an unmanned store on their facility.

Between the prices and rude behavior, they can keep their product. Sell it to customers with more money than sense (pun intended).

This is the best honey around. It's always fresh and helps with allergies! You can find it at natural grocers in Glenwood, or you can stop by the Honey Hut and silt. Either way, you will always get a delicious fresh product!

I’ve been eating this honey since I lived in Colorado and when o moved to Chicago I was excited to find out I could order buckets of it because I missed it so much. Such good variety and so tasty!!!
