Will never use their services again. Was given a quote over the phone which they said they never do. They still came out to install a water softener even though a quote was supposedly never given. Quoted $600, charged over $1000. Had leaks and water filter housing was installed backwards. Fixed ourselves because didn’t trust them or could afford to have anyone else come out.

This is a second-rate company that does not take pride in its work and stand by its initial proposal pricing. Plumbers from this company did a bath remodel job at our home removing existing plumbing fixtures and installing new. They left score marks on our new quartz counter top from installing the sink drain actuators, installed sink drain actuators that did not work, left marking lines on the walls and a mess on the floor, did not reinstall the toilet as he said it was not in their scope of work, drilled into a pocket door to install a towel rack and did not repair the door, and charged our contractor an exorbitant amount above the initial quote. Look elsewhere for your plumbing work.

Frustrating experience, but not bad. Was quoted $120 for an a/c system checkup at the start of the summer. We have an older unit and wanted to make sure it was running well before the heat kicked in this year. The service technician was friendly and prompt, but made additional repairs without letting asking for authorization to perform them or letting us know they were needed. The unit was somewhat low on freon, so it was needed, but I was more than surprised when I received an invoice for $330 after expecting $120. Had I known about the needed repairs, I would have agreed to them, but being surprised after the fact was certainly poor communication from the tech. I chose Pride initially because they came recommended from a trusted friend, but my experience was completely average, and certainly frustrating with a surprise bill. When I brought up the issue with billing, no solution was offered, just a quick "we'll talk to the tech". When I asked to discuss the issue with the service manager I was told he was busy, and was never followed up with. I paid the bill, and will try a different company in the future.

Boiler system repair. Nicest guy EVER! In a world of many unkind people and businesses that are sketchy, Pride Mechanical owner is NOT one of them. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable. I was referred to them by a friend and now I am referring them to you. If you are on the fence about who to choose, give Pride a shot!
