Amazing company to work with. We met the owner Donovan, at a home show at the Ranch. He sent Juan out to give an estimate for new flooring. He was very helpful and polite. We decided to go with them and we are very happy we did. When the crew (4 guys) showed up, they were on time and prompt. After asking us a few questions they got right to work. They were quite impressive how well they worked together. Even Donovan showed up to see the progress. They did it ALL in one day! 👏 One of our concerns was the time frame of getting it done.

We can’t say enough about Donovan and Floor Coverings International. Our experience was exceptional, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. We live in an older home and our master bathroom needed to be redone. We went through several quotes before we found Floor Coverings International. Donovan came to our home, showed us tile suggestions and gave helpful advice in choosing our tile. He was honest about what he could do for us and priced competitively. It was really that easy! Once we had tile selected, Donovan measured the space, lined up the installers and gave us a start date. The nice thing, is that we were never worried about the workers showing up, or if the product would change or not be delivered - it was truly worry free! The installers were the very best we have ever had (and we’ve done a lot of projects)!! Floor Coverings International delivered in every way, from outstanding service, to high-quality product, to meticulous and detailed installation. The installers were punctual, communicated about the job the entire time and left their area spotless before they left every evening - I just can’t say enough. Donovan and Floor Coverings is a top notch company. We 200% recommend.

We loved the business owner coming to our home and how professional he was helping us find the right color and fit for our home. He returned later to leave more samples for our vision on the front proch. Made sure we got what we wanted. Planning and contract was clear communication and professional. The crew came and was fast and on time. They were professional. The install looked great. Turned out the product was less than par with the repeptition of patterns on the LVT, but the business owner kept the communication waves open, we discussed calmly and professionally to come to the right compromise. I would not recommend using CALI flooring, EVER, but would 100% recommend Floor Coverings Internation in the Northern Colorado Region. The business stands by their work and their commitment to the customer. Was so pleased with the experience.

Donovan and Eric were outstanding in their customer service and the professional crew who put in our floors. Eric was in contact with us the whole time and came to our house before and after the work was done. The crew were some of the most efficient and knowledgably installers I have ever seen and I used to put in wood floor back in college. When we had issues with the transition strips, Eric ordered different ones which should work better and he always said he the work is not done until we are happy. I love this policy and honesty which is rare in todays environment.
