First of all, the owner, Yoseph is incredibly kind, responsive and efficient! I had Qualimage print 100 brochures. Not only was it a great price, but it was a quick turnaround. They went ABOVE & BEYOND when they folded every brochure! I picked the brochures up and they were beautiful and ready to display. Found my new printing spot for everything I need!

I initially had a problem with getting a book printed but received a call later from the owner who better explained the reasons for it. He sincerely wanted to make things right and hoped to resolve any negative feelings I had towards the company. I was impressed with his sincerity and have revised my opinion of Qualimage. I might even return and get my book done there afterall.
