These guys and girls are awesome. Dropped an elk off for processing on Thursday and told them I needed it ready to drive back to New York on Sunday. Picked it up on Sunday when they opened. Very happy with the quantity and quality of their work. I’d recommend 100 percent!!

Dropped off a trophy bear hide and meat to be frozen. When I returned the bear hide head and claws were gone and only the meat remained. Thieves at best druggies probably

This business will (allegedly) steal your meat...ie. specifically the backstraps. We ended up with eight packages of backstraps (~3lbs) and tenderloins (~4lbs) after they processed a 3.5 year old bull elk. The average bull elk yields more than 7 lbs backstraps and tenderloins. They will (allegedly) take your meat...beware!
