I really enjoyed my experience with Justin and Paradigm Vans. It took over a year to get my van from Ford so that allowed many exchanges with Justin, including a visit to PV, and each time he was very thorough in his responses to my many questions. I appreciated his business model of building on only Ford Transits and offering single functional configuration. This approach enables a refined design at an affordable price and a quick build timeline. Custom build shops are at the other end of the spectrum in terms of design, cost, and time. First, I purchased a Ford Transit because I didn't want diesel fuel, needed all-wheel drive and I wanted and engine with turbo to climb in the mountains of Colorado. This led me to search for RV conversions specifically intended for a Transit. Most important to me, I was looking for a van RV conversion in which the bed platforms rotated out of the way to store other equipment and have extra room during the day. I considered doing the conversion myself until I had the opportunity to see Paradigm's bed platforms and how easy they were to rotate, elevate, and remove. All other outfitters had a bed platform that sat on cabinets. Paradigm was the only outfitter that had a light weight, adjustable bed system that rotated out of the way!
I did not want to rely on alternator power solely. Paradigm's integrated solar panel system and well thought our battery management and control system was key discriminator.
The attention to detail in the finish work on the walls and ceiling was not something I found with other outfitters and certainly not something I could have accomplished on my own. Even the little things like the cabinet doorknobs that lock closed, so the doors don't fly open and fully retract and don't stick out is appreciated more now that I have gone on a trip.
Some outfitters put the clean water storage in the rear wheel well. Bad idea if you live in a cold climate subject to freezing. Also, if it was buried in the wheel well and got contaminated, you would never know and have to tear into the finished walls to remove it. I wanted a water management system in which I could remove the clean water tank and have backup storage tanks. Paradigm had obviously thought this through with their easy-to-use system.
We also wanted a toilet on board but not use valuable space dedicated just for a toilet. Paradigm's approach has it available below the seat where it is easily accessible but out of sight.
I also found Paradigm to be very responsive and patient with my multiple questions before I made my decision. Paradigm had an excellent reputation with the nearby Ford dealership where I purchased my Transit making it a seamless transition. I couldn't be more pleased with the work Paradigm performed!

We got our van through Justin who is working with Phil long ford . He did a fantastic job on the build and stayed in contact with us while we waited on ford for delivery .I am extremely satisfied with the job he did for us !! We are currently on a four month trip and everything has been flawless, the electronics are exceptional with no issues at all ! I highly recommend Paradigm Van for your build !!!!

Justin was a dream to work with. From day one, he was very responsive during our email conversations, which is important when committing to such a large ticket item. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with him.

I’d been researching van builds for four years. His design has everything you need and nothing you don’t. It has a brilliant layout and is very flexible. The machining of the bed platform is a thing of beauty, and its functionality is so smart. This design was the most innovative and functional I found in my search after multiple overlanding and RV shows to see other van designs in person.

I drove from Oregon to Denver to get my van converted, and it was worth every hour and mile of driving. The trip home through Utah and Idaho let me use the AC in Deer Valley, Utah and the heater in Hailey, Idaho. It was cozy at night and light and airy by the lake for lunch. Adding the bug screens was a huge bonus.

I highly recommend Paradigm. Justin was a great communicator and helpful and informative throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to do another van with him. But for now, I plan to keep this for as long as possible. It’s my daily driver and a joy to drive and use, even for a quick day out by the lake.

Dear Readers and Prospective Van Campers,
My spouse and I purchased a used, 2019, Ford Cargo Van last year and selected Paradigm Van Conversions in Littleton, Colorado do do the conversion for our van. We had researched a number of options across the country and settled on them after paying them a visit to see first hand one of their conversions. We were very impressed with the design, the craft and materials chosen by them. They are not a "custom" conversion company, but have fine tuned their work to ensure flexibility for many users's needs. We have now had the van for six months and tested its worthiness in a number of camping and adventure venues. The bed cofigurations offer a number of options and we have chosen to leave them in a queen size arrangement leaving more than ample storage for gear underneath. Beyond their outstanding design and craft, they stand behind their work and are more than willing to remedy any issues, We highly recommend them. We have owned a number of camper vans and this is one of the finest.

We recently bought our van in December of 2022 and it’s perfect. Why? It’s because it’s so versatile. The bed system is unique. It can be a table, bunk beds, a double bed at any height (and we can put our bikes under the bed) or we can take the beds out and have an open van. We researched for two years and vans by Paradigm Van Conversions is the only conversion van we found to fit all our needs. It is truly a 4 season van, so we can go skiing and bike riding. Justin has been very accommodating, a wealth of information, and provided a service we haven’t seen with other dealerships. I highly recommend Paradigm Van Conversions.

I recently purchased the Code7 bed system for my van and couldn't be happier. I was drawn to the flexibility of the system and it has more than lived up to my expectations. On thing in particular I like is the way you can store the bed platforms while driving and once you set up camp - either one side or both. It gives the van a full passage way to the back doors and opens everything up. You can see the attention to detail in the design and everyone comments on how refined and cool it looks!
I'm very happy with my decision to go with the Code7 bed.

We had a great experience working with Paradigm Vans and Justin, owner, went above and beyond to help us out. The materials used in the van are of high quality and the design provides great functionality. The ability to select some of the features such as an additional rear passenger seat, the number of batteries, and bug screens allows some flexibility as well. Justin did a wonderful job walking us through the features of the van at the time of pick-up. He was very patient with the “van newbies” and took the time, at least a fews hours, making sure we
understood how everything worked, answering, all of our questions and even went through some of the features of the Ford Transit. He also gave us some great ideas on types of functional adaptions that could be added to tailor the van to our specific needs, such mountain biking. We have now been traveling and living in the van for 4 weeks and everything is very easy to use. Justin has reached out since we have had the van to see how everything is going and even reached out to let us know about a recall notice from Ford, even before Ford reached out.
