AMAZING STAFF at this location! Kai helped me swap out my 6yo iPhone and he was absolutely wonderful! He was patient, well informed and professional throughout. While I waited, I watched all the other staff immediately greet every single customer when they walked in, ready to help. Everyone here is doing a great job, bravo to the manager for maintaining high standards for his staff. Well done and thank you for such a positive experience overall, especially to Kai. Keep up the good work guys!

If you are a current customer, you know how much of a pain in the ass this company can be. That being said, if you need help, go to this location. Riley did a great job helping me through my issue and was able to save me a good deal of money by switching my plan around. Now it’s cheaper and better. This is by far the most competent service I have received since becoming a customer, and from what I saw, the same could be said for the other employees in the store.

Riley - I never received the text for the survey so I felt compelled to leave this review. If I had, it’d be a 10 all day brother. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Had a perfect experience here. Granted, I was only returning my equipment... but nevertheless it went as smooth as smooth could go. I was greeted upon entering the store. I didn't have to wait at all to talk to someone. When I did, his name was Kai? Super cool guy! Very respectful. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable AND verrry professional! It was refreshing to have such a positive interaction with someone in customer service

A lot of us come here because sometimes something isn’t working, an account needs to be started or canceled. And I have to say - these guys always make it a pleasant experience. They’re salesmanship is polite, fun, and one of these days I’m going to be sold.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at the Xfinity store in River Point, Specifically Kai, Miles, And the other gentlemen whose names I unfortunately, Can’t spell (but you know who you are!). These three were absolute lifesavers after a frustrating and exhausting experience with Xfinity’s useless online customer service. The first representative I spoke with on the phone signed me up for the wrong plan, Even though I clearly requested Internet Essentials. I spent hours trying to resolve the issue: Reapplying, Returning my modem, Waiting for a new one, And dealing with online agents who were either unhelpful or trying to upsell me services I didn’t need. To make matters worse, My new modem didn’t even work when it arrived, And I had to endure even more time with tech support before finally deciding to visit the River Point store again. The difference was night and day. Miles and the team were kind, Patient, And incredibly helpful. They immediately addressed the issues, Reassured me, And made sure everything would be set up correctly before I left the store. Something the online team failed to do. Their energy and professionalism are unmatched. Honestly at this point, Xfinity should have them running the entire online tech support team. If you’re dealing with frustrating customer service and getting nowhere, Skip the phone and head straight to the River Point store. These guys actually know what they’re doing and genuinely care about helping customers. Thank you so much for fixing every mess the online team created. You’ve turned a terrible experience into a great one! Highly recommend this store!

It's funny you send a family member to go exchange a modem as it wasn't working, and they talk them into opening a new account under another family members name and give wrong prices and then they are now no longer able to qualify for new phones and there is nothing they can do. Watch out they don't tell the truth.
We will be looking for new service ASAP.
