We called Innovative Restorations after we saw one of our neighbors installing a stair railing from them that was exactly what we were wanting. We couldn’t help but notice, from the first call on, their extreme friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. We had an estimate right away and were quite pleased with their competitive pricing. We had our new railing installed and it was beautiful but unfortunately, due to some extenuating circumstances, we had to have them take it back. There were a few blemishes and a couple of other things that their own quality assurance team spotted. They redid our railings and then again, due to circumstances out of our control, they had to hold onto it for quite some time. They continued to communicate with us regularly until we were finally able to have our railings reinstalled. The final product is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were a joy to work with from beginning to end. We highly recommend Innovative Renovations.

Innovative Renovations installed a beautiful exterior handrail after I had stone stairs placed (replacing very old, and warped wood stairs). The new railing is a lovely complement to the stone steps! IR was very attentive, including correcting a small design flaw in a timely manner. Each team member, including multiple fabricators, executed their parts of the project expertly and efficiently. The end product is beautiful. I highly recommend these folks!

I love this company. The product is wonderful.Just what I expected. I got a railing for my front porch steps. I live in a townhome and it couldn't be attached to the home. They did an incredible job.. Also, they were quick to do the install, and you can't beat their price! I will definitely use them again. I'm planning on redoing the railings on my indoor stairs.

We recently purchased a home, and while it was 100% live-able, we wanted to put our own taste/style into it and make it "us". One of these updates included a railing refresh. During our home search, we toured a few houses that featured modern decorative steel railings and knew we wanted this look for our home. So after a pretty extensive search online, we got a few quotes and ultimately decided upon Innovative Renovations. We primarily worked with Jennifer and Andrea on the sales side and Hugo on the installation side, and all were responsive, professional and ultimately very easy to work with.

Jennifer responded to our initial inquiry, and she was quick to book a free consultation to take ballpark measurements and provide a quote. We were considering a few options, and she was able to price these out separately to make it clear what each option would cost. In the end, we decided upon a matte black steel railing with a horizontal stainless steel cable system. We wanted to preserve as much sightline as possible. And we ended up doing the demo ourselves, so saved a bit of dough there!

Once we made our final decision, we worked with Andrea to pay the 50% deposit which allowed the project to move forward. She was then able to book the field measurements that would be used to fabricate the custom railings, which took about 6 weeks. Once they were ready, Hugo contacted us to do a dry run, which allowed them to make sure the railing would fit and make any changes before the final powder coating and installation. On the day of the install, there were a few minor glitches, but Hugo was able to make any necessary small changes on the spot. Due to supply chain issues, the dome end caps were delayed, but those arrived a week later and Hugo returned for the final walk through. The whole team was super helpful and we are really pleased with how they came out! It completely changed the look... now we are saving our monies to update the kitchen 😉 Highly recommended!

Eli was so professional and helpful when he came out to give us the proposal. I can’t say enough good things about Hugo and Eduardo’s install. They left my home immaculate and made sure everything was perfect before they left! We talked to two other companies about this job. Innovative Restorations was the best price and I can now say the best product! I love everything about our railing. We live in a 100 year bungalow we’re renovating and the old wood railings were so ugly and it even had 2 different railings on the staircase - one stained and the bottom half painted. These make our house look modern and beautiful! Love this company. You won’t be disappointed if you use them!
