Subcontractor for our blind install from Home Depot.

Didn’t finish, said they’d be back to finish, and went no-contact. We never got the blinds for our loft complete and now Home Depot is telling me it’s been too long for them to fix it.

Working with them was great until the service was left incomplete and they never returned to install the blinds in the loft, nor worked with their bosses at Home Depot to fix the issue.

I went through Home Depot and luckily we had Jason as our window treatment installer. He was very easy to work with and he is very efficient when he does his work. We're very satisfied with his work and even though Bali Window Treatments messed up their measurements, Jason reassured us that he will take care of the issue once it's fixed, and he did. We got beautiful blinds now in our new home.

Kenneth Rathke was informed of one of his technicians roaming around my house when he had strict instructions where to measure for new window treatments. Instead, he comes up to my bedroom and opens up my door while I was changing clothes. Kenneth does think this is a big deal. He has yet to return my phone calls. So, I made a review on Yelp,the BBB and now here. They are a vendor for the Home Depot I made the appointment with. Once I made the complaint to Home Depot they quickly passed the buck. I'll never recommend this company who allows predators to work for them.

I have worked with several workroom for over 25 years and I am thrilled to have found Fabrications Unlimited. Yolanda and her team are very kind, considerate and do beautiful work! The fabric that was delivered to the shop was looked at carefully and they called me to say that they thought that the flaws would not give me a finished product I would want. I was so glad I was able to reorder the fabric and sure enough the manufacturer agreed to the flaws. The workroom was quick to see the problem and the new finished drapes were flawless and perfect. I was so happy and my client was happy with her new drapes!

I took fabric to Yolanda (the store owner) to have two small curtains and several throw pillows made. I also had some cushions I needed recovered and she indicated she had someone who could make new covers.

It has been almost five weeks and I still don't have my items. After leaving several messages, I finally got in touch with Yolanda. She hadn't even begun work on my projects. In fact, she confessed she had lost the measurements and asked I provide them for her again.

Yolanda is terribly disorganized. I'm afraid to see what will happen when I go to pick up my fabric. I just hope she hasn't lost that, too.
