I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I needed to have a foreign subpoena (TN case) served on a company in CO, and I had already gone round and round with this company and with the CO court for weeks. But ASAP received my FedEx on Monday afternoon, took my subpoena to the court in Denver and had it issued, and had it served Wednesday afternoon. So from receipt to issuance to service in 49hrs! And they weren't pricey at all. If only all companies were this efficient and quick! Thank you, ASAP!

I hired ASAP Services to serve a difficult tenant that was avoiding eviction. After two failed attempts their servicer coordinated closely with me and She got SERVED !! They even worked with me on a holiday. I have been happy with their professionalism and guidance through the process. A contracted employee of this business showed up at my apartment at 8:30 at night, and proceeded to yell at me and threaten me over the phone when I told him that I did not feel comfortable meeting him alone outside of my apartment building in the dark. He then ignored my offer to meet the next day in a public place, saying that he had attempted to make contact with me and I had refused the papers, so his job was done. It wasn't until I called the police and had them contact him about the situation that he finally agreed to meet me during daytime hours in a public space. I am a young single woman who lives alone and I don't believe that it is too much to ask to meet in a public space, during daylight hours for my safety. Especially with a man who was so unprofessional and aggressive towards me over the phone. This company was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate and I can not stress enough how unsafe and threatened I felt by their employee.
