I bought a brand new roll forming machine from Zimmerman in 2021. I stopped by while passing thru on vacation to go thru training. The vibe I got from ownership/ management was very arrogant and I was a bother to them. Quality of machine has never been in question. However, the inability to talk to anyone when trouble shooting is a problem. So far in 2024, I've called 3 times and left 2 messages...no response..I would recommend other brands of roll formers above Zimmerman just because of customer service. I'm turning to outside fabricators for help with what should be a Zimmerman issue. I can't imagine the pain it would be to get something resolved if there would be a manufacturing deffect.

Went on a facility tour today and what I saw was truly impressive both in size and scope of capabilities. From artistic metal facades to gigantic structural steel components this company does it all, and has been doing so since 1936. Thanks to Nate and Chet for their patience answering all my dumb questions and explaining some of the many requirements and complexities of steel fabrication and construction. This company has the machinery and processing to handle and form metal of any size into any shape needed. If you want metals expertise and experience, Zimmerman has it in spades. And no, I don't work for them!

Gold solid and old American manufacturing firm. American machines to make American coil The steel may come from elsewhere but they shape and coat the metal. They make excellent metal for standing seam roofs. The machines are of high quality. Just keep the machine maintained. If you don't the product you roll out will be bad. Oil canning and scratching can occur.
