Great loading time (1 hours at door). Excellent customer service. They gave me perfect directions to get in easy and avoid most of the construction. The lady even came out to check with EVERY driver to return gloves someone forgot in the office. Awesome group of people that really respect the drivers and our time. Thank you.

Very quick to unload and very friendly! 02:00 apt - unloaded by 02:35. watch routing for LOW BRIDGES Come in off 70 @ Brighton. To those that say this is very tight... if you can't handle this you shouldn't be driving, and students need to learn good backing skills in all types of places while with their trainer, not when they are on there own. The gates getting in and out are narrow, but anyone that knows how to drive should not have any issues. Come on people!

-0 stars ☹️...got here the night before parked in the street appointment at 7 check in at 6:30 didn't get in the door until1 p.m. lumper is 150 and if you have any broken palette they charge $50 each broken palette!!! I had four broken palettes so I have to pay an extra two hundred bucks ☹️ tight docking area but not impossible...

I called 15 hours prior to my appointment, and she, a lady at the receiving, told me to drive and check in. Arrived at 230 and she gave me a door. I was empty and with my POD by 445! And that was 12 hrs earlier than my appointment!

Don't arrive before your appointment time.
Slow to start unloading, and even slower to get your paperwork back to you.
Never mind how slow they are at removing the glad hand lock.

I bought a corn beef package form Wal-Mart and I found a bandaid inside of my meat after cooking it. I'm not sure if they have real meat or not but the bandi
Aid was Inside the meat. Seriously disgusting I recommend that no one ever eats this meat ever again
