Great service! My dad is a senior with some health challenges so it’s hard for him to do yard work and cleaning up dog poo is a major task for him. I’m so glad I found Poop911! They did a great job of cleaning up the poo around the yard. My dad was really happy with their quick response for a service request and for the kind note that was left on the door telling him they had been by on the designated day to handle the request. Poop911 is an Awesome company & Dad is happy to continue service with them. I initially spoke with Jeff about my dad’s needs and he was great with answering my questions and telling me about our first poop service visit. Sign up for service on the website was easy to complete —- everything about the job and pricing was right up front so there were no surprises which worked out great for my dad’s budget. Two thumbs and one paw 🐾 raised for a great experience! Highly recommended!

The concept is great! I've used similar services in other states. Unfortunately, on several occasions. The technician reported they scooped my yard but left tons of feces in main areas, or didn't show for the week and I was still charged, they've also left bags of feces when I requested it either be taken away or they reschedule me for service the day prior to my trash pickup. This would allow me to do my part and dispose of the pet waste in my trash bin. When I changed the day, the yard was still untouched. So i had to cancel the service after a few weeks of trying to work with the company.

What can I say? This service makes it into my monthly budget every month. My husband and I have 4 small children and 3 dogs...between work and activities the yard doesn’t always have top priority. Our guy does a great job and the price is worth every penny. Staff is always polite and courteous and they work hard. I enjoy having a clean yard!!!

I am very pleased with the service Jose Mesa provided. He was pleasant and polite with me. He had an easy, comfortable manner with my dogs that reassured me that he had obviously had a lot of experience around dogs. He did a great job with poop removal. He was amazingly fast & efficient! I would definitely recommend Mr. Mesa and Poop 911 services to anyone in the Ute Pass and Woodland Park area.

Excellent service! The technician is very friendly and helpful. She has done a great job. My yard looks wonderful! I needed to cancel a month and it wasn't an issue. The owner explained there will not be any additional charge to continue the service later. That is great. The sggestions I would make would be about the website and monthly services. It would be very convenient if I could of canceled the month on the website under my account. It would also be great if there were different sevice options besides monthly. I would actually prefer getting the service every other month. I hope this is helpful.

I filled out the service request form and submitted my payment information after the website indicated they do service my area. Come to find out, they turn down service requests to military bases instead of acquiring a vendor pass for installation access. Waste of my time and I withdrew my recommendation to a friend. So, they lost 2 customers in one transactions.

Love the convenience of having the yard cleaned up. They are professional and timely. They always let me know of arrival times and they always make sure the gates are closed when leaving. I’ve used the service for over two years.
