When I moved here from Springfield Missouri I could not find work for several weeks. I had applied to several jobs and never got any calls back and then, I called Colorado professional security services and I was called in for an interview the next day and hired on the spot. I was given the rank of lieutenant and put on patrol. I have never held a high rank like that so for the owner Miss Pam to put that trust in me was absolutely amazing. Ever since that day I have loved coming to work and being out on the road. I also had a daughter recently and miss Pam had give my wife a job and helped us out a lot. For Miss Pam to do this having only known me for a little bit is absolutely amazing and me and my wife are extremely grateful for her. Thank you Miss Pam for giving me a chance and, I promise I won't let you down and I look forward to working for you for many years!

I absolutely love working here ! Everyone has been so absolutely amazing and welcoming. Miss Pam has also worked on making sure that my wife is included in everything and that she's part of the COPSS family. With having a daughter on the way I worried that I wouldn't get to see her as much but, all the management staff at COPSS has made sure to let me know that I will be able to raise my daughter and spend time with her and she will be included in my work family. And for all of that I can't thank miss Pam and and all the staff for absolutely everything they have done for me so far.

Bruce is one of the only members of this company that actually does his job here at the Sonoma heights apartments. He has made this site cleaner and safer by making his routes and actually checking in on people. Unlike some of the other team members he actually has made a large and positive impact to this community.

Do not under any circumstances higher anyone from this company. Professional and courteous in front of the establishment that hired them. Once we got to the parking lot (where the business that hired him could not hear him), completely disrespectful, sarcastic, rude. Name-calling and swearing. Completely unprofessional. That fake badge on his chest has gone to his head

A couple of years ago I had written a review for this company about how unprofessional they are and how the receptionist/phone operator at the time had called me back and threatened to "block my number" (?) she was so rude and all I wanted was help with some disruptive neighbors. They proceeded to lie and say and I quote "used to work for there company" and proceeded to have Google delete my review. These people are unprofessional and extremely rude and make up the weirdest lies (I have never worked for a security company, I've been in the veterinary field for years) I had to re write my review because someone reminded me about these people and the negative experience I've had. They even go as far as to make up positive reviews to drown out the negative. Please be aware and look for a different security company instead.

Bruce Hickerson that works with our apartment complex Sonoma Heights He s the best officer you have over here very professional does his work like he should do he does all of his rounds i really enjoy him keeping us safe over here i m giving him a 5 star because i have done security as he does and he does an awesome job i don t know why you can t give him a 2 dollar raise as i would hate for him to leave the company very excellent officer for your business this kind of business is very hard to do and to do it correctly is why i also give him a 5 star
