As a Colorado Springs west-sider, I can't tell you how great it is to now have a local meat market!
A pleasant surprise: When you buy a lb. of any other meat, the ground beef is discounted. So, since I bought a lb of chorizo ($11), I had the option of buying a pound of ground beef for $3.95. That's a no-brainer. You can't even get ground beef that cheap on sale at King Soopers and this is local, Angus, farm-raised beef.

The employee was fantastic, and the shop was clean and well-organized.

The staff was sooooo knowledgeable about the sourcing of each cut i was beyond impressed!!! Hospitable AF and great quality beef. I wish the cuts were raw but they were wrapped and sealed. I can over look that....

Amazing local beef! The quality is top-notch. Their friendly staff helped me pick the perfect cuts! The beef jerky and summer sausage is incredible. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! Incredible flavor, fresh and tender cut jerky. Tried one bite and I already love it so much! So much more tasty than what you would get from the grocery store. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will be back in the spring to try the steak!

Just grilled up this Picanha that we picked up from the Old Colorado City location. Tender, flavorful, absolutely amazing flavor! One of the best cuts of beef we’ve had in a while! Definitely going to be looking into a bundle some time soon!!

I make it a point to stop at the Denver airport location to pick up a couple of Cowboy Style jerky when passing through and pick up more on my way back home. I’ll rate it the best by far. If you haven’t tried the Cowboy Style, make sure to do so the next time you have the opportunity.
