I have never used a processing place because I like to know my animals are being treated well during the process. A couple of weeks ago I brought over my bull and I had a wonderful experience. Amazing people! Courteous and patient.. I would definitely recommend these guys to all you newbies out there, who are unsure of how to get a whole cow or pig butchered.. they walked me through all the steps! I'm on my third cow, I'll never eat meat from the store again!!!
