Thank you so much for the speedy repair on my Ross Animas Reel. I dropped it off at the Fly Expo last Sunday in Denver and already got my real back today(Friday). That's impressive!! I truly appreciate the professionalism, speed, and quality of work. You already had my loyalty but this just cemented it. I've had this reel a couple years and have fished all over Colorado with it. It's been used heavily and needed some work on the drag and housing. Your customer support made it work like new. Thank you!

i love their reels, and i had previously found their their customer service to be awful; i had many bad experiences. however, is seems that they have hired some more folks and my most recent customer service experience was very very good --- what you would expect from a company that makes reels as well as they do --- so i changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars. i hope they manage to keep it up!

Best reel company in the industry. The latest models they produce are the most advanced large arbors out there. I've abused and used the Evolution R reels that I own and i've put them through ringer on western rivers and they've performed flawlessly. Recently I had to send one in for warranty work which was probably something I did wrong because these reels sturdy, and i needed it back in 5 days due to an upcoming trip. The day they received it they fixed it and overnighted it back to me (thanks Tim). I've owned reels from most of the top company's (Nautilus, Hatch, Galvin, Lamson) out there and Ross is by far the leader.

This company's warranty sucks beyond belief i have one of there products and went to warranty it and i was told there was nothing they could do for me because they quit making it, all they was going to give me was 50% of a ross reel. It is very poor customer service/ warranty i will never buy another ross product.
