We stayed at Bear paw manor in Telluride and it was absolutely beautiful! Great location and plenty of space for all 19 of our guests! We literally maxed it out and it was perfect! We had 8 couples and all couples had a bed to themselves.

The hosts were also extremely helpful in anything we needed and provided some great advice on the town when we got there! Regardless of what property you rent, this company will make sure you are taken care of!

Great vacation spot. Location was perfect and the house was spotless. The bedrooms were very large and a lot of space for all our needs. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything you could need. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience this past week staying at a property managed by Exceptional Stays called River Bliss. The team at Exceptional Stays were proactive, reaching out before our arrival to inform us about their concierge services and ensuring we had all the information we needed for our stay. Their online portal was excellent, providing great detail about the property, area restaurants and amenities. We arrived early and they turned the property after a same day checkout to accommodate an earlier check in. The accommodation was fantastic and the property was equipped with everything we needed. Exceptional Stays were available when we needed them, but otherwise left us to enjoy our stay. We will not hesitate to stay at an Exceptional Stays property again. In fact, it will be the first place I look when we return. Thank you for a great experience.

We stayed in Telluride the week after Christmas in 2022, and rang in the new year for 2023. Our unit and condo was fabulous! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Our private chef said it was one of the best kitchens that he had ever cooked in —in Telluride. We had a blast while there and the comfort provided by a condo Granatia, 304 in the heart of ski village in Telluride was spectacular. The ease with which we could get on and off the slopes, made it worth the money alone. I highly recommend this company. They made our stay very easy and seamless. They also took care of a quick problem. We had with a shower that would not drain. It was fixed within hours. I can’t say enough about the management, the preparation of our unit, and all of the extra little things they did to make our stay easy, comfortable and pleasurable. We plan to come back to Telluride next year… And we plan to use Exceptional Stays to book our unit—hopefully the same condo. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Telluride call Exceptional Stays…they are the best I’ve ever dealt with, hands-down!!

Our stay in Telluride was perfect. We stayed with exceptional stays last year for our honeymoon and made sure to try to book with them again for this years trip with some friends as it was so good last year. They will make sure you’re taken care of and the condos are extremely nice and well equipped. Very clean, and absolute perfect location for ski in/out. We will definitely be booking with exceptional stays on any trips to Telluride in the future! Pretty tough to beat this view from the living room!!

My wife and I had a great time staying in the completely remodeled Ice House Condominium, Unit 305. We were their first guests after the renovations! The owners did an excellent job of totally refreshing this sun filled unit. The building is only 1 block from the gondola. You are close to everything, all the offerings of the town of Telluride and a short walk to the gondola for a quick beautiful ride over to Mountain Village. We were so satisfied with Exception Stays that we are already planning another week long trip for February 2023 to stay in the same unit.

My family and I stayed at ETTA 102 and absolutely loved it. The house was very clean, roomy and had incredible views. The pool was right behind the house and it was very easy to walk into town or via the trails. We had to communicate a few times with Exceptional Stays and they were very responsive and were very easy to work with. We loved this property and would stay here during our next visit.
