Horrible experience here. Stayed here to ski and the fire alarm kept going off in my room upon arrival off and on for 30 mins. They told me it was broken and were going to get someone to come out. But to keep it from setting off, I had to stand on a chair and hold the fire alarm in place for 15-20 mins so it wouldn’t keep going off and disturbing me and the other guests in my building. I asked to be switched to a different room and they declined. I then had to wait for it to be fixed after driving 6 hours and it was now dinner time. In total this took almost an hour and a half. When I checked out and mentioned what happened, I was given NOTHING at the end of my stay. No compensation, discount, nothing. I was told to reach out to Booking.com since I made the reservation through a third party site to get a partial refund but they told me it was at the discretion of the hotel to make any amendments. I told the hotel this and they said there was nothing they could do. I’m looking to go back to telluride this winter and will never stay here again or recommend to a friend because while the location is convenient, the customer service is atrocious.

Best bang for you're back with ski and skin out, lots lots of rooms recently remodeled nice setup. Don't let the exterior fool you. I always enjoy staying here.

Our relatives had a great experience at Mountainside Inn while visiting the area. Steevie was especially accommodating and helpful...both with parking and also when four of us could not figure out the TV remote. Steevie came to the rescue, our plans for Monday night football were saved! Would stay again.

Twin beds in a trenchcoat and no AC. The "king" is two twin beds squished together, so it's impossible to sleep in the middle, so effectively you're sleeping on a twin mattress. My room had the "king" bed and a twin by itself. The two twins that make up the king were completely shot, and the third twin was somewhat bearable, so I slept there. The pillows were also deflated and awful.

There is also no AC in the rooms and only a small plug in fan. There are only windows on one side, so it was impossible to get enough airflow to cool the room down even when it was 70 degrees outside. I slept with the windows open, but I was facing the parking lot so there was zero privacy.

Otherwise the staff was nice, the grounds were tidy, the hot tubs seemed nice, and the room was otherwise okay. Anywhere outside of Telluride this would have been a $75 a night room though.

I slept terribly both nights I was there. I wouldn't go back.

Office staff were upbeat and friendly. I requested an iron and board and they got it to me right away. Parking was a little tricky to get to, but they explained it perfectly and had a convenient map of telluride to help. Once we parked right on the other side of the hotel in the carhenge lot we left the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The location is great! The room was a little stark looking, but everything we needed such as a fridge and a microwave and was very clean. The bathroom is large. The inn is next to the town river and you can walk out and sit next to it. The two hot tubs are also next to the river. We would definitely stay again.

Access to the hotel and parking is challenging. The room was very small but nice and clean. The front desk person was helpful. Downtown and restaurant are n short walking distance.

First time to Telluride Colorado. A very nice mountain town with a lot to do. The fall weather with golden aspen leave foliage was beautiful in early October.

We paid $330 for room 209 with a dog on 7-16-24 at the last minute. Front desk staff was nice. Room was clean and had a microwave, refrigerator and nice TV. However, the room was hot and musty. Bedding was two hard twin beds pushed together. Location was very difficult to find and navigate. No parking available within a quarter mile of the hotel. Large caliber gun shot fired off directly behind the hotel after midnight. We hit the floor, waited a few minutes, and cleared out immediately.
