There are many realtors one can choose from, but I'm glad I had Abby throughout the home buying process. Don't let her sweet looks fool you, as she is not afraid to jump right in and take charge. Abby Gamache helped me find a 3 bedroom/3bath for a good price during a seller’s market. Abby does her research on properties well. She factors in a lot of long term and short term potential possibilities and concerns with the houses. She is very patient. She looked at over 30 houses with me, and even when I could not be there myself. She was assertive in negotiating the seller’s party with contracts and closings. She was able to refer knowledgeable inspectors and lenders. I am truly grateful for working with Abby. I can tell she has a heart for real estate and a real vision. It was my first purchase on a house, I could not have done it without her.

Abby is amazing! A little over a year ago, I needed to find a place ASAP. I was working 12 hours days and the housing market was insane, so you can imagine the pressure I was under. But Abby made the process as smooth as possible and helped me find a place that I am so, so happy with. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and super nice. She even went so far as to go to places that I was interested in while I was at work so she could send me pictures and give me the scoop to maximize the amount of places I could check out. By the time I decided on my condo, I felt very confident in my decision because she helped show me so many places. And a little over a year later, I'm still thrilled with my place! Thanks Abby! I can not rave about Abby enough! From the initial meeting about my house wants/needs, to the search for the perfect “home”, the intimidating loan process, and even the communication we continue to have a year after my purchase, Abby never ceases to go above and beyond what you would expect out of a Relator. As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly nervous, but with her guidance, Knowledge, and open communication, I left feeling as though no detail or question was left unanswered. While gaining a “home”, Abby taught me infinite knowledge of being a homeowner and the details surrounding how to care and maintain my home. She also comes equipped with numerous people and companies she recommends (I.E: Inspectors, Mortage Broker, etc) that all helped in that learning.
