I scheduled an appointment 3 days ago, took the morning off because they were scheduled to come out from 8-12. Called to make sure they were coming out and was told that I was to far and that he would have to reschedule and he was not even going to call me, just had me waiting here. Horrible company and this has happened to me three times same company. Horrible customer service and bad company.

We had sold a washer to a customer that moved to Alamosa. Unfortunately when they installed it the washer started acting up. We had a warranty on the machine and reached out to ASC to have them go and take a look.
