The owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! He helped us figure out the best bike to rent based on the trail we wanted to ride and gave us great directions on finding and riding the trail. Really enjoyed the ebike experience! Highly recommend!

On a quick pass through telluride, I stopped to see if I could get a few laps in at the bike park. The guys at Black Tie/Mountain Adventure Equipment were super helpful! I’m an experienced mountain biker, and gave them an idea what I was looking for in a rental bike. They immediately knew what I would enjoy (a nicely equipped Norco) and went to work prepping it, swapped my own pedals onto the bike and sent me toward the park in less than 10 minutes. The bike was well equipped, perfectly maintained, and dialed in for my rider weight and preference. Highly recommend if you’re looking for solid service and top notch equipment!

The easiest Jeep rental, pick-up and drop-off you could ask for. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and access to the Jeep as we came and went in Mountain Village. Such a fun adventure in a sporty, clean, and very well taken care of vehicle! Thank you!
