We had a leak in our sprinklers which cause our bill to go over. This is the only time this has happened and they were able to help up identify and adjust our bill this one time.
With inflation and property taxes this help was so appreciated and helpful. Very thankful.

Who is the jerk in charge I originally had 5 stars. Now I'm beginning to see all the crooks that work in this water and sanitation district! Crazy high prices for water!!? Someone's getting their pockets filled and it ain't with water. Decades of opportunities to change the current system. Nothing has been done. I've gone to Douglas County. Doesn't seem to be doing anything Want to feel like you're being ripped off? Scammed? Cheated? Unwelcome? Come live in the area that is supported by Rox water. It's a monthly feeling. They hate you.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Highest prices I’ve seen in the metro area. Poor customer service, Endless construction projects and fees for everything including paying your bill

Seriously the most expensive water company I've ever used. My first months bill that was "pro-rated" was nearly 4x of any other water company I've ever had and I've lived in 4 states and 10 different cities. They claim it's to pay for all of the upgrades and that as more houses in the city are built they will not be lowering prices to accommodate. Really wish I'd have realized how overpriced this area's water is prior to moving here. Total rip off! Expect your bills to always exceed $100/month, even if you don't use any water.

The water also doesn't taste very good and requires filtering. There is a heavy amount of chemical presence in the water, especially chlorine. You'd really hope for excellent water with such overpriced bills.

UPDATE: To make things more frustrating this company sends you documentation on how to setup automatic withdraws via ACH. The documentation is inaccurate. Their website also tells you the same thing, which doesn't work. You actually can't email them and you need to either drop it off to a drop box in person (which requires a physical paper printer) or you need to mail it (which would also require a postage stamp). This company is unprofessional and outdated.

Completely over priced water company. Not a single month below 100$ even while using very very little water. According to last bill 2k gallons for the month which is below the neighborhood average. Seems it's 75 in fees every month before any water charge...... Why not just pay Denver water since that's where it comes from anyway?

These guys closed my neighborhood off for months for no reason and force everyone an extra 20 minutes to go what should be a 30 second drive. Never seen such open disregard in my entire life and these guys better watch their back.
