I flew over night to pick up my elk meat from Holy Cow and was praying and hoping it was worth it! Two days later we broke into the sausage and my incredibly picky 3 year old loved them, as did we! Totally worth the flight and drive, these wonderful people make everything with the best ingredients and the best customer service! Thank you to all of you!

I have used Holy Cow for years. Always been great service. This year was a different story. I took some animals there to be processed for customers that had bought them from me. 50% of my customers orders were wrong. I also believe they did not get all their meat back. That statement is based on my past experience on the amount of meat the customer should receive back based on the hanging weight. Will not use again!

We have loved Holy Cow in the past. This year the orders were all messed up. Ham is boring and has a weird texture. Not impressed this year at all.

Flavors are fantastic. Professionally packaged. Staff is extremely nice. My deer took a little long to get back. But it is completely understandable due to the availability of most items in todays world. Well worth the wait. And I will be back for snack sticks and summer sausage without question.

I have been taking my Elk to Kim and Company for many years. They are trustworthy and honest. You will receive all of your animal cut to your order. Be sure to ask about their specialty offerings of meat sticks and sausages!!!
