I love Colorado Custome Welding!!! They were the most reasonably priced. We have large concrete window wells and had custom window well covers made for our new home! The window well covers were made to fit perfectly and are very sturdy for our children and dogs. I highly recommend this company!

We had custom railings fabricated and installed by Colorado Custom Welding and we could not be more pleased with the results. Were reasonably priced, communication was great and customer service was amazing. We will definitely be working with them again on our next outdoor rail project.

NO RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT. I tried to order window well covers for my home and contacted Colorado Custom Welding for pricing. Communication with this company was horrible. I sent my dimensions and received an email with pricing and to set up an appointment to measure at my home. I agreed to pricing and never was contacted about the measuring of window wells. I called several times, texted and emailed - no response. On my last attempt I did reach someone and explained my situation and was told to respond through email. I still have not heard from anyone. So they clearly don’t want my business - I will order my covers from a more responsive company.

My customer experience was pretty poor. The time of repair was over- promised and under-delivered. Some of my window wells had locks, some did not. I felt that I really had to stay on top of them to get the job done right. Verbal communication with the owner is not the best way to resolve issues, but communication to office personnel worked best via email.

I got the overall impression that our job wasn't that important and they have bigger fish to fry. This company needs to work on their internal and external communications and execute more efficiently. There is no reason why 4 window well covers with locks should not be fully resolved in a couple of months.
