I am one of those customers that had their own plan going in for nearly everything.

All I ask of companies I work with is you let me say I'd like this, you tell me what my option might cost vs reality that is closer to what I thought I wanted.

Encore has been very good at taking what I want and turning it into reality.

Due to the nature of a repair project in my home, I have had to do a number of projects simultaneously and partially. I worked with Encore to show them what I wanted as an end state. They helped me put in the design and infrastructure so that the theater portion can be completed properly when other contractors finish their parts.

I have a shell of my system online right now and it's working very nicely. Great audio, great control system. I can't wait to put in the rest of the speakers and projector with screen to wrap up this project.

They have been very flexible with the needs of the other contractors so that it has all come along closely. I have one last major thing to deal with before the ceiling can be put back in, painted and such so we can complete this project.

They made very good recommendations on equipment, but since I'm a snob I asked for some changes and they integrated that in and went with it. Things are good.

There was a temporary decision on my part to use my old TV while I waited for other construction to complete. Gravity decided that TV needed to die, and the Encore folks were on acquiring and installing a (better) replacement before I really knew they accidentally dropped it. I appreciate that honesty. Not common unfortunately.

For anyone still reading:

With room for more if I get nostalgic, like my old laserdisc player.

And because Encore guys are clever, I have a record player and CD player out in my living area so I can put on physical albums where I am and the system elsewhere in the house deals with it.

The speaker configuration is 5.2.4 due to the constraints of the room. I asked for additional speakers run so I can watch games and hear it throughout the entire basement instead of blasting the ones in the main room.

I have extremely particular requirements on the networking portion and Encore worked in the sandbox I built for the entertainment without a problem.

I have the basis for everything I've wanted in a home theater since I was much younger. I have the place to put it, and the means to do so. Encore has made it all nearly a reality, and hopefully soon I can unleash them to complete their work.

I appreciate their flexibility and quality of work.

Ryan and the Encore team did outstanding work on our project. They worked with our builder and I on a complete home remodel. We wired the home for ubiquitous Wi-Fi access throughout the house, installed a TV & sound system, and security cameras throughout the property. Our HOA is more than happy with the expertise and service from this team. We were dealing with an old system that we knew nothing about in our clubhouse, and although we could not afford to purchase a new upgrade, they were able to make the best of what we have. We had a fantastic experience with Brian and his crew! He was referred by several friends who had him install their home theater and I'm so glad I gave him a call. He handled everything from start to finish and his passion for AV truly shows. He was able to come by the day I called and do a walkthrough and discuss our vision. He had a proposal to us within days and handled everything from there. What a tremendously easy experience and our family LOVES our new home theater! Do yourself a favor and give them a call.
