I've used GT tools windshield repair WIZARD for a year now for a repair company in Texas. Never had a single problem so I never needed support. I recently moved out to Utah and started my own repair company. My new personally owned Wizard is not operating as it should. I reach out to support (email) since it was late Friday when I was doing this demonstration (didn't get the dealership) and got a quick reply. Send your email address and tele# and we'll get back to you asap. Never got a reply or a call. Here we are 9 days later. Called in today and said that's terrible and I'd honestly like to return the product with that kind of support on a $3500 machine. I was told I either have it checked out and repaired, otherwise I'm paying 20% restocking fee. I may resort to a BBB claim at this point. NEVER buying anything with GT on it again. And I will be sure and let all my buddies in the repair replace business know about how I was treated.

I have bought several cut out tools from GT I have found the quality of the tools and the helpfulness of the staff to be spot on. Over the years either through other companies or directly from GTA but thousands of dollars of their materials and I would suggest anyone use them as their top choice for AGR tools and services. There are plenty of companies that you can choose from what I liked about this one is they Represent themselves well.

This is an outstanding company. We recently had a rep come to our shop and provide training to our entire staff. Most helpful. I highly recommend their training and their products. Topnotch. The vice president of the company called after the training was completed the following day to make sure we got our monies worth! The obvious answer was absolutely. We as a company are phasing out the repair equipment we had and switching to the equipment that Glass Technology produces. Thank you for what ya'll do.

"Site wide" errors on parts were returned and not delivered. When I called, the owner just chuckled and said I can order it for its newly listed price with no further corrections. No discount for the massive inconvenience of something suddenly being over $300 more for the same exact item that was ordered.
Your site listed the wrong black friday deals and you laugh at me on the phone?
Duly noted, they also spam your info when it's collected.
Taking my buisness elsewhere.
