After spending a long time working to get out and help from some angels we got on our way down. Once back we found out that they had been looking for us and were on the way to offer assistance. I had a great experience renting a Jeep from Cliffhanger in June. Office staff was very kind. I stopped in the day before my rental to ask if I could pick up the vehicle that evening so I could start my adventure early the next morning and they were very accommodating. The vehicle operated great with no issues on the Alpine Loop. Overall great experience and will definitely rent from them again when back in Lake City.

Cliffhanger definitely has step up on the other Jeep/SxS rental places in town. Bikes (SxS) are amazing and service reminded me of the down home southern hospitality we get where I’m from in Louisiana. Super shout out to Janae who handled our rental. She was both very professional and super cool.

The Alpine Loop is also phenomenal! Exciting, out of this world beautiful, but not so technical that any decent driver would have any problems (especially with the SxSs or Jeeps @ Cliffhangers). I took my wife and two kids (7&4), and everyone had a blast!

Will definitely be coming back!
