Man what a place if u r not dressed like a cowboy or rancher you get judged as a thief. Really every 5 min the same guy kept asking if I needed help. No because I am trying to figure out in my head what I can make work to get my backhoe working until I can order the right bolts from vendor so I just left will drive to tractor supply in Lamar at least there I am treated like a important customer.

I try very hard to stay local with everything I do but... when you're you are so concerned about your big money stores and your small town stores can't keep supplies for the tools you sell I feel like there's no forethought. Bottom line, I see the small town mentality in a chain store that should not be there. Do something. Help my town be an equal to some of your more real stores, people don't know what a real Big R is here.

Worst experience ever ,dont buy power tools. No returns or exchanges, if it breaks you pay out of pocket even if it breaks the first day. Bought a weed wacker string broke on it went back the same day, they kept it for a month, and I had to pay to get it repaired even though it was under manufacturer warranty. $60+. Now that's how u run a business. And the brand was Stihl.

Customer service is not an option at this location everybody outside visiting with one girl at the register. I spent about 30 minutes trying to find what I wanted and no one to be found to help me. We go to pueblo often maybe they will have better service

We absolutely love Big R of La Junta. Javier, Kathy, Martin, Kenton, Colin, AJ and all of the staff are phenomenal. They place customer service and satisfaction as their number one priority. If this Big R doesn't carry a product and another store does, they will do their best to get it transferred in. I love Big R of La Junta.

I bought a swamp cooler in the summer of 2021 that never worked correctly. I informed the manager that they are selling complete garbage to people, so she took my phone number to let me know when they restocked. I knew she wouldnt call me back and she didn't. Well, as it turns out, the fan motor wasn't working properly and it burned out on me within a month. Now, I have to replace a 150$ motor on a 'brand new' piece of equipment. This is now a $750 swamp cooler that I have never felt a whiff of cool air from. Thanks management at Big R. I showed you receipts and everything. Don't buy anything electronic from this dump.
