Asked if they could put my truck on their computer to find out why my seatbelt chimer kept dinging when the seatbelt was latched, they didn’t even want to look at it, one of the salesmen asked about the deprogramming of the chime, he couldn’t do it, so the rest of my trip was listening to the seatbelt chime going off
Nice people just didn’t seem to want to help

I drove all the way down from Colorado Springs because I’m tired of being just a another sale at a dealership. If you want to be treated Like Hometown folks, it’s worth the drive! It’s nice to be part of the family rather than a customer.

It took the service team 2 months to do an engine swap that was covered by warranty. They would say it will be done in a few days and then never call. This happened at least 5 times spanning over 3 weeks . Then said they couldn't release the car until receiving payment, when in reality they still weren't finished and it was just another excuse . And we had to wait an additional day after the confirmed payment because they expected CarMax to inform us that they were finished with the vehicle . We had to call to find out it was ready to go. All in all, we will never do business at this establiment ever again, if another Ford issue arises, we will be going elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Fixed an issue and did it with integrity and honesty. I will be back and trust the work on my 08 F450.

After searching extensively for a safe car for my daughter, I had the pleasure of working with David Lawrence at Tricounty. His dedication, professionalism, and extensive knowledge made the process seamless. David took the time to find a car within our budget and even advised us to get a quote on our insurance in advance to ensure it fit our financial plan. His attention to detail and thoughtful guidance were invaluable. We are very thankful for the outstanding customer service provided by David and the team at Tricounty. Thank you, David, for all your help.

Garbage service! Truck left worse than when it arrived, multiple appointments scheduled and when I show up they either don’t have the parts or have lost my appointment. Do not bring your car here!

Had the parts guys order a 380$ trailer brake module for my f150 in march. Brought truck in (I live an hour away)to have it installed. After waiting for 2 hours they said they couldn’t find the harness to plug module on my truck. Sent me on my way. Called over 5 times the past few months and got the same “we’re still trying to figure it out” answer every time. Finally went and picked up part today, brought it home and within 5 min of removing panel and following Instructions that came with part found the mysterious plug the techs couldn’t. Kinda scary that does techs can’t follow instructions for ford parts. Unfortunately still needs to go to dealer to “turn on” module with scan tool, but will not return to this one. Wanted to support local business but won’t be coming back here.
