Water bills are mailed with only a 10 day window to pay before late fee is incurred. No facility to pay online. Paying by bank draft is iffy due to payment window and mail delivery times. If online payment setup is not practical due to rural setting a larger payment window to allow for modern payment methods would be helpful.
12/22/2020 They have added the capability to pay online, for a fee. Still only have 10 day window to pay if using mailed bill.
