Our water heater needed a new part that had to be ordered directly from Rheem. John kept in touch with me while we waited for the part to ship, and when it arrived mid-morning on a Friday he was able to squeeze us into his schedule last minute so my kids and I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. He answered all our questions, kept us updated as possible issues came up, and was courteous and quick. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
