Absolutely delicious meat, My grandparents bought some ribye steaks to treat our family to and it was AMAZING, the Hamburger meat they brought was a really good texture too, but I don't really like Hamburger enough to mention it further. The steaks were great!

New management is friendly, courteous and professional. We got a package deal with breakfast sausage (Delicious!), polish sausage ( haven’t tried yet), rib eye steak (so good!), hamburger (for today, 4th of July, looking forward to grilling them) and roasts. We don’t live near Cheyenne but we’ll be making the trip for the quality. Good tasting meat seems hard to find these days, I’m glad we stopped by.

The new owners have done a wonderful job turning this place around! Recently received beef that was processed by them and I was extremely impressed. They were prompt and professional, the meat was cut beautifully and is exactly how I had hoped. Would recommend to anyone looking for a meat locker!

The speed was good however their price is much higher than others in town. Also almost every vacuum sealed bag of steak from my dear was not sealed.

One of the best butcher shops in the country. Grover has definitely changed the face of this company with his great prices and beautiful cuts of meat. It's always delicious and juicy everytime I've made burgers steaks stew you name it. He does a great job with every animal and cut of meat you can ask to have. Definitely a recommended butcher shop to all my friends and family in the AG industry.

A friend in Cheyenne recommended this processor to me after they had their 4-H animals cut here. So we took a group of hogs here for us and a few of our best customers. All of these customers have been really happy with the processing and wrapping. We have been happy with the one we kept for ourselves too. The staff took carcass photos and sent them to me and sent me hanging weights right away. They called me with questions about the cut sheets and they accommodated all of our requests. Super nice people. Really appreciate the work they did on our product. Will definitely use this processor again!
