Ordered in mid November...came 2nd week of December...no problem. Installed item after Christmas (was a present) on my 2017 Honda Foreman. Couldn't be happier...fit and finish was perfect and lighting is better then I expected...color was a perfect match too!! Thanks Hays Fab!

Excellent lights! The owner is very understanding when it comes to replacing anything if damaged. I also know this is an owner who works a full time job plus his business and in the past year has just had a baby. Its life. So if anyone feels like this company is taking money and not trying to solve issues you’re wrong. Also it’s been very difficult these past couple of years getting parts in. Just like a dealership is also having a hard time getting parts in. Just please be patient. Understand he’s doing this by his self and wants all his customers happy with their products.

Bought a set of $250 headlights fully expecting them to work properly and come to find one has a short in it. I email customer service and they responded in a timely manner. After I was asked a few question from the guy and me giving him an answer, he decides to ghost me and not respond to my emails. So here I am stuck with a faulty headlight. Terrible customer service so I’d recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Bought a set of $280 headlights for my 4 wheeler. They leaked water immediately and turned black inside. I was told they were under warranty and have yet to hear back about my replacements. Very terrible customer service. I highly recommend buying from somewhere else!

Bought a pair of $250 headlights and it took close to a month to get here then I got them the brackets was bent so I bent if back and it broke my headlight mount then had a short in the wire emailed them and never got a response back.

I purchased a set of headlights from this company and they not even close to fitting properly. Called left messages and even Facebook messages nothing no response. I guess I'm throwing away 400 bucks

Called and called and called. Got a text message for me to “text”
Them. Did that and explained everything… NO RESPONSE. this isn’t the first time that has happened. Still haven’t received what we ordered and already sent back what was wrong and paid the difference for the new part. Trying to be understanding but this is terrible customer service.
