We have been shopping here for years and highly recommend Salida Stove & Spa and their Adirondack Collection! The quality is amazing and holds up extremely well in the somewhat harsh Colorado environment (sun and snow). We recently returned to buy some outdoor furniture for our new home. Shayla, Janelle, Dawn and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We got great assistance loading the furniture, including the very heavy and solid picnic table with attached benches. Thank you all! Great to see you again and we love our new patio! We also bought the wonderful firepit (shown in the photo below) from Salida Stove & Spa in 2021 and we love it!

We are so happy we walked into Salida Stove and Spa! They were more than happy to answer all of our questions, they recommended contractors who did the iron and rock work, then scheduled around that work. The 36 Elite exceeded our expectations. Not only is the fireplace beautiful, but it works efficiently as advertised!

They also have a great gift shop!

My wife and I built a house in Salida and bought our fireplaces and spa from Salida Stove and Spa and we were very satisfied with their products and service. Today we had a minor problem with one of the fireplaces and needed service. The technician ( Andrew) was so efficient, professional and courteous I felt compelled to write this review.

We purchased a new hot tub and also had them do some work on our stove. We purchased our stove from a different retailer that we could not get ANY service from and Salida Stove absolutely filled those gaps. We could not be happier with the service we received. The install/service people were so friendly and knowledgeable through every step of the way.

I called just asking who they would recommend for gas stove repair because I've called 3-4 stove servicing and HVAC shops and didn't hear back. The lady who answered said her husband would be in Nathrop later that day and could swing by. He fixed the stove and cleaned it all out and it's working! I can't believe this was the same day I called and he was able to run by so quick. Thank you!

Wow! It was a pleasure to meet your sons and I just wanted to let you know
that they did a remarkable job installing the stove yesterday.

We appreciate the care they took even with covering the floors and cleaning up when the job was done.

About an hour or two after they left we had a downpour and proved just how
good of a job they did. No leaks! The stove is beautiful and well placed in the living
room.
