I purchased a home from this plant. Had roof issues within the first year. The manufacturer would send out patch jobs and stall until the one year warranty was expired. The manager over this plant will not take responsibility or make any repairs to your home. He will simply send supplies for patch jobs and claim it’s not the manufacturers responsibility. I now have mold growing and have had roof leaks since the purchase in 2021. CHECK THE MANUFACTURER LABEL UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
