Charles did a phenomenal job helping us bring our vision to a reality with our railing project. He came and took a look at our current situation and we then discussed some of my ideas and he came up with the perfect design for our space. It took some time but it was definitely worth the wait and we are so happy with the finished project!

Charles at 83 Metalcraft did a fantastic job for us! He took on arcs and arches and sturdy railing in precarious places. He made beautiful custom powder coated steel railings and a gate for us. Refuses to come finish the job. Charles ignores my phone calls and messages. Required adjustments and missing parts still outstanding after failed inspection and then refuses to communicate. He also used parts that do not match. Buyer beware. Pictures show the end nuts are not there and bolts are uneven. Also, hardware does not match on one of the wires.

Reliable, excellent, service is what I received from 83 MetalCraft. They installed railing on two of my balconies and I called them back to install railing on my retaining wall.
