Flawless was contracted to provide numerous and highly complicated structural support and reconfiguring services at a location within eye view of Union Station. With constant Structural Engineering resubmittals to the city out of anyone's control and logistical nightmares the crew went above and beyond on my site. I would give 6/5 stars if I could!! These guys are amazing. Their foreman are incredibly intelligent, hard working and safe. Flawless stepped up on our project when we needed help and has been a vital part pushing us to completion solving complex issues. @ 17th and Pearl in Uptown Denver you will find a 316-unit high rise complex with a 3-story underground garage and the Original Tavern Restored - Flawless worked on every square inch of this development. Thousands of lineal feet of brick relief angles structural members, Poolside Cabanas, Courtyard Trellises, hundreds of lineal feet of steel railings @ unit balconies, to a custom bracing package that was outfitted, designed, built, and installed! Being like two separate projects in one - they helped us deliver the infrastructure for (2) restaurants, preserve a “historic” structure and complete a tower for our client. The list goes on; base plates – embeds – interior rails – C channels - inserts – tube steel – roof decks – composite decks – elevator hoist way work; all the way down to the star plates holding the masonry preservation to its new structural frame. This project took 3 years to complete and sold for 181 million at the end of the day. This is a solid entity from the bottom to the top. Crews, skill, experience, consideration, carefulness, meticulous management, and authenticity reigns. The demand for master craftsman alike is enormous; they have the technology – the equipment – and the heart to make it happen. When you see a structure like this in the air – it is hard to fathom the amount of effort brought forth behind the walls – inside the concrete – beneath the brick and under the floor system. Builders are too often neglected; this one needs to be revered.
