While visiting family I came down with a nasty cold that turned out to be the flu. My experience was positive. I appreciated user friendly app to fill out paperwork and capture insurance & id information. It’s aggravating to have to fill out the same basic info over and over again! After I submitted the information the app informed me how many people were in front of me. This was very helpful in managing my expectations for waiting to be seen. The wait was not long. The staff was knowledgeable and listened well. The PA was attentive and listened carefully. She asked good Questions and I felt heard. Overall excellent experience. Thank you!

I started seeing Dr. Andrea Moon as my primary care physician, and she is fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say about her. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, is easy to talk to, and truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

However, I recently had a hand injury and was highly recommended to see Mark Christensen by Castle Pines. Unfortunately, my experience with him was the complete opposite of my experience with Andrea Moon. He was very uncommunicative. I had to ask a ton of questions to get any information from him. After taking X-rays and confirming nothing was broken, I received no follow-up, no guidance on how to care for my injury (which was likely a sprain or tear), and no advice on next steps. I ended up having to research my injury online and buy a brace, which I’ve been wearing for a month with little improvement. I still have no strength in my wrist or thumb and can’t open a bottle or hold a glass. Overall, the visit felt completely unhelpful.

I really like going to Castle Pines, but you have to find the right doctor.

I had a disappointing experience with Castle Pines Urgent Care’s billing department. I called to request a short extension on my payment due date while my insurance (Blue Cross) reviews my claim. Instead of offering any assistance or understanding, the representative abruptly hung up after saying, “It’s not our problem; it’s your insurance.”

I understand that medical offices need to collect payments, but a little professionalism and empathy go a long way. Hanging up on a patient with a legitimate concern is unacceptable.

Javier, PA and Kirsty, NP and their medical assistant were all phenomenal. My daughter fell on black ice and sustained a significant laceration on her eyebrow. The medical team immediately assessed her, helped keep her calm, and gave us the option to seek treatment from plastics at the hospital. Then they walked us through every step in the process from numbing her eyebrow, cleaning her wound, and stitching it back together. I had great confidence in the team and they provided exceptional care. The stitches look perfect and I'm hopeful my 11 year old daughter will have minimal scaring. Thank you for the exceptional bedside manner and helping her be brave during her first stitches. I'm so grateful to have such competent providers and safe urgent care in the neighborhood.

The Castle Pines Urgent Care is a friendly and caring environment. They provided excellent care from the time I checked in to the time I left the facility. While I was waiting, the staff at the front desk provided me with me ice packs to ease my pain. In addition, once admitted, the doctor that met with me was kind, patient, and caring while he listened to my medical needs, assessed me, and guided me on treatments. It was an exceptional experience.

First time using Castle Pines Urgent Care. I filled out all the paperwork online before I went in and also booked a time to be seen. I did have to wait about forty five minutes but I only needed someone to look at my ear which was plugged up so not an emergency. The staff I saw was very professional and quickly determined that I needed the ear flushed which took about fifteen minutes. Very pleased with the visit and would return if needed.

Welcoming and helpful person at the front desk. Easy online sign in. No waiting. Very professional and knowledgeable nurse and NP Taylor. Both providing me excellent care and detailed explanations of what they were doing. Answered all my questions.Last visit Taylor was very helpful again and Emma, removed my stitches skillfully and actually made it a fun experience. Excellent care!

NP Kayla Hulse and her staff were a breath of fresh air this morning. This was probably my best experience ever at an urgent care. I'm so grateful for their compassion and how thorough they were. They explained everything in depth with me. Their office was immaculate and the self pay option didn't break the bank before Christmas. Thank you!!!
