The SmartLife team did a very small upgrade on our existing home Audio system. We had a strange experience of having the zone speakers dropping from stereo to mono, without any good explanation. Despite a very heavy schedule of new home installation and delivery (which I imagine is a huge undertaking with the groups they work for), they came by, identified the issue (which was one they had never seen before) and had it resolved. The Lutron app is great, when we are gone for the day or out of town, we can simply go to the app raise or lower the shades to let the sun in on our plants. We recently had automated Lutron shades installed in our great room and dining room. Both rooms are on the west side of our home and we needed to control not only the sunlight, but the heat in the late afternoon.

We could not be more thrilled with the shades we chose! The installers were very capable, professional and neat. The shades are not only beautiful in color and texture, but they operate almost silently, controlling the bright sunlight and heat. And, a big plus was getting to work with all the great people at SmartLife. We love our new shades and would highly recommend SmartLife to anyone needing window coverings.

We are so fortunate that our builder introduced us to SmartLife Audio Video.

My husband and I needed lots of guidance with the A/V system in our new home. We still had 2 CD players and 750 CD's. And they helped incorporate them into the system and showed how to update to an Ipad and how to create playlists. They were supportive and respectful, not condescending. And we love our new playlists!

Fernando, Deb and their team provided everything from design consulting, equipment, installation and most importantly, follow up customer service. When we call, they answer or get back to us immediately with helpful answers or, if needed, a quick visit.

They really care about their customers' satisfaction and don't oversell. That was huge for me.

The techs are professional, respectful and trustworthy. Now that we have moved in and are adding some new components to the system, we are comfortable leaving while they are working in the house and have even given a garage code so they have convenient access. You can't do that with most companies. Trustworthy companies are priceless. SmartLife has earned our trust and our respect.

On a side note, in our previous home, which we also built, we used the big Colorado A/V company and had a completely different experience.

That said, we REALLY appreciate SmartLife, are grateful for the wonderful system they created and recommend them whole heartedly.
