I have been using the Delta-13 Select rack for the last 6 years and I love this rack. Unfortunately I bought it for a friend who moved away and took his table (and rack) with him. After 12 years of waiting I finally have a table of my own and will use nothing but a Delta-13 rack.
I sent an email to this company to inquire about their Delta-13 Patriotic Select rack which has been out of stock for some time. Minutes later I received a response from the CEO with a detailed explanation of why the rack is no longer offered. I was already a big fan of the rack but now I will be a loyal customer because of the customer service as well.
