Can't recommend Restoration1 enough, George and his team were great to work with! My upstairs neighbor flooded my bathroom and they had someone out the same day I called to assess the damage. The team did a fantastic job with the repairs and my bathroom looks so much better than it did before the water damage!

George and his team were very responsive and professional. I had a frozen pipe break early on Christmas Eve. George came out that day, and his team was able to get things mitigated quickly and properly. The environmental testing company he recommended was able to get the asbestos test done quickly as well. I can’t thank Restoration 1 enough for their great service and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Restoration 1 of Littleton! George is the owner, and he is so professional and knowledgeable. I had an AC leak over the summer, and I was concerned about the possibility of mold growth as a result of that leak. George did a complimentary and thorough inspection, and did not find anything that he felt warranted a remediation. He did provide contacts though, such as an air quality specialist, to confirm that. I so very much appreciate a company that is honest and won't offer something if it's not actually needed. I may have to do a remediation if something further is found when I have these other inspections, and I will definitely be using Restoration 1 of Littleton if I have to go that route. The fact that I was not ripped off and sold something that I don't actually need is very rare these days. Thank you George!
