I had a frustrating experience with this management team that I feel needs to be shared. I had a tour with Aliyah, who initially seemed great but she got a key detail wrong—the building number. Thankfully, I caught it before moving in or I would’ve been blindsided. Apartment hunting is stressful enough and now I’m dealing with this oversight. Instead of taking accountability, Aliyah completely avoided responsibility and tried to deflect. When I called her out on it, she became defensive and tried to cover her tracks. When I expressed my frustration, Nick stood up for her, telling me I couldn’t speak to her that way. What about how she handled my case so unprofessionally in the first place? If this is how they run things, it's beyond unreliable and I’m honestly relieved I didn’t sign a lease. Would not recommend based on this experience.

--resolution: Aliyah reached out and was genuinely eager to make things right. Since the unit I originally wanted was no longer available, she offered me the option to choose from other available units at the same rate I was originally locked in at, which I truly appreciated. I’m really happy with the outcome and thankful for Aliyah and Thalia’s willingness to work with me and be so accommodating. Happy to have things turn around and an awesome location to stay at!

I really loved these apartments / condos, such a great area and it’s really peaceful and next to everything! The staff is amazing they are so welcoming and supportive. I had the pleasure of working with Aliyah, she is so great when it comes to customer service and being really responsive and has amazing communication skills. When I tell you guys I had the best experience, I really mean it. They are the best of the best!

I’ve been a resident for a few years now, and I’ve seen many things in that time. My experiences in the first year weren’t the most positive. However, I cannot stress enough how much everything has improved since Thalia took over. She’s been incredible! She is super attentive and understanding about all resident issues, and she’s great at empowering her team to help us too. I’m confident that Thalia will always do her best to fight for the residents and do right by us. I always enjoy talking to her as well since she’s so friendly and personable. Keep up the great work and I’m happy to be renewing for another year.

I’d also like to give a shout out to Bryant, he’s always on point and quick with maintenance requests.

Although I haven’t moved into Carriage Place Apartments & Townhomes, I’ve toured the community twice over the past two years, and I’ve been really impressed each time. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, with a well-thought-out design and what seems to be great construction.

The leasing staff have been consistently professional and helpful, making the touring experience seamless and enjoyable. Their friendliness and knowledge really stand out and leave a great impression.

The only downside is the scent they pump into the leasing center and gym—it’s overwhelmingly strong and gave me a headache both times I visited (once in January 2023 and again in December 2024). A little scent would be fine, but this level feels excessive and makes me wonder about its health effects.

That said, the apartments and overall community are fantastic, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-maintained home. Just be prepared for the leasing center's intense fragrance.

We moved to Carriage Place Apartments 6 months ago, and have been very happy with our lovely apartment that looks more like a home, the beautiful grounds, the amenities and the amazing staff! We have had several minor issues with the apartment, and the maintenance staff is always quick to resolve them. Recently, there was a recurring issue with our kitchen sink that caused repeated visits by maintenance. The Manager, Thalia, took it up herself to personally come by with maintenance to ensure the issue was resolved, and we haven't had a problem since! And another time when Walmart delivered our groceries to the Office Building instead of our apartment, Thalia made sure the groceries were in a safe place and put all of our cold items in the office refrigerator! We have been so impressed by how responsive and proactive she is in addressing any issues that surface. Thank you Thalia and Team!

This is truly the BEST management and complex I have ever had the pleasure of living at. Thalia is incredible!!! She is on top of every moving part and operations throughout the entire complex. Not only is Thalia an incredible Manager alongside a great admin staff but so is the maintenance team! Bryant is also so on top of it all, requests never go unnoticed and are handled within a day and most times same day! - It really feels like home - Thalia also sets up fun community events that really make this complex feel like a community. 10/10 recommend living here! It's rare and a gift to love the management and the complex!

Phenomenal community!! We moved in and right away everyone was so nice! Our neighbors are great and have spoken so highly of everyone and everything! Some of them have been here for over 2 years! Massively dog friendly and still so clean! Any time we have something come up, Bryant, Miguel and Mayluz have been on it! Julio with the carpet cleaning is so good!! And of course everyone at the leasing office is to perfection! So grateful for the professionalism but also the friendly and family atmosphere: Thalia, Nick, Alicia and Aliyah are so so so great! We love you all!

I have been living at Carriage Place for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. The community is wonderful, my home is modern, open spacious & the leasing office team (Alicia, Aliyah, Nick & Thalia) are so helpful, personable & friendly. 10/10 recommend.
