I went to go buy a part for a project i was working on that was supposed to be on sale. They weren't willing to follow the national prices or make the coupon work. They must have coupons turned off here.
Very rude customer service.

I won't be shopping here again, even if every other hardware store in the world is closed.
I'll also be telling all my friends to not shop here.

Went to take back a single product and was told they wouldn’t take it without the receipt. I had shown the male employee at the front (the same one that i purchased the product from 2 days prior) that the receipt was going to be a digital receipt and he said he couldn’t do it because of a cooperate policy. It takes these cashiers literally 20 seconds to look up a receipt, the cashier was either being plain rude or lazy! Called there cooperate office and was told that they don’t have that policy. I’ll never be doing business again at this Ace nor will any of my family members. Furthermore the owner should be ashamed to have such lazy employees that could have taken a whole 20 seconds to do their JOB!!!

Good products, inconsistent service.

I've spent a lot of time here and never gotten something I've been disappointed with. Their line of paints is especially good.

However, I've never gotten out fast. That staff are very nice but always seem to be needing to call people to ask how to do something.

Nothing like what Ackleys provided to their customers. This is typical large company workforce. Helpful employees but hey didn't know anything about the product was that I was getting. Didn't even know they had a product in the store. Sat at the register for 15 minutes waiting for them to find this item that they didn't know they had. Just not acceptable when there was 3 people behind me waiting to check out and 1 person up front taking calls and trying to run the counter with what appears to be a system that is confusing or hard to use. Needs some management and training.
