Brought an elk quartered. Polite lady on phone and polite man in person. Cutter was very polite. Clean, well priced. Often do my own but I feel I can trust Arapahoe Meat Company to do my game in the future. Summer sausage could use a bit more fat for my taste, but is good overall. Love that fact that it is a cash only business.

Recently, we brought in a deer and could not be happier! The website gave us all the information to make every step easy. We chose to have half done as italian sausage and half as summer sausage. The flavor and texture are amazing, packaging is perfect, and everyone was super nice! We will definitely be bringing future harvests here.

Highly recommend Arapahoe Meat Company for your meat processing and roasters. I have used them multiple times for both services. They due process your animal only and don’t combine all animals together, their pricing is fair. The roasters work great. I will continue to use Arapahoe Meat Company and Hog Roasters.

Pickup was straightforward and easy. Haven’t tried what I got yet, but I’m sure all will be good.

Have gotten meat processed by a place up in Fort Collins and they vacuum sealed all the cuts. Will be interesting to compare and contrast in the long run the taste and freshness pulling each out of the freezer over time.

Awesome place. The prices are great and everything we have bought has been high quality. We will be back in a day or two to stock up more. We even had a smoked turkey last Thanksgiving and it was amazing, I highly suggest ordering one if you don't have the time to cook a turkey yourself.
