This organization is by far one of the most unprofessional and callous organizations I have had the displeasure of working with. They currently hold an account for a relative that has passed away, while dealing with the fallout of this loss we discovered that we would need to open multiple separate accounts to transfer ownership of the existing account. Rather than showing a modicum of compassion and working with our family during the transition IRAR decides this is the perfect opportunity to milk extra money out by charging 4x the fees they are currently charging.
