My family loves Apollo olive oil! Their olive oil is fresh, tasty and healthy. I use it for just about everything in my house - beans, veggies, meat, salads, dipping sauce. In addition to the quality of their oil, I have to mention that I love their creative and environmentally friendly packaging. The pressed paperboard packaging always ensures my glass bottles arrive intact and there is no plastic/styrofoam waste involved! It's a simple, but genius system.

I haven't visited yet but have been using their oils for several years. Just the best! I love them all. A particular favorite is Miller's Blend, with hints of vanilla. I swirl Barouni into hummus. Sierra and Mistral are their workhorse award winners. I start each morning with several tablespoons of either Barouni or Coratina. If you want to eat well, live well Apollo Olive Oil is a must!

Seriously some of the best Olive oil on the planet. I've never tasted anything like it that even comes close in my life. Certified organic and extra virgin by the Calif. Olive commission, cold pressed and a high level of antioxidants. All of this at a totally reasonable price for the superior quality. I subscribe to their newsletter and I'm now a customer for life. I hope they never go out of business. I would think the only other place you might find oil like this is in the areas where the trees are native to.

We’ve been using Apollo Olive Oil for years, and love it. I first heard about the issues with unregulated/phony Olive Oil certification on NPR, and upon investigation through the author found that Apollo produced some of the best Olive Oil available. Do not be fooled by fancy labels on the shelves of fancy shops. Be sure that you are buying pure oil, not palm oil diluted in a tanker ship of the coast of Turkey with a gallon of Olive Oil, and labeled Virgin.

Olive oil does not get any better than this. We used to only buy our oils direct from Italy and Spain, but we are now buying this oil almost exclusively.
They have a machine that is very special for processing the olives and it does it in a vacuum. There are very few of the machines in the world (a few are in Italy) and last I heard, only one in the US -- theirs.
The levels of antioxidants they have in their oils are consistently higher than almost anywhere else we have seen.
We buy a lot of the Sierra and Mistral -- the first is a bit spicier and stronger, the second more buttery and smooth. Both are amazing and have won many awards.
Also great customer service.

Fantastic oils from intense and bold to mellow and aromatic. Wonderful flavors with all the benefits of actual olive oil. Great to have the opportunity buy right from the source. We've been buying from Apollo for several years after discovering them in the notes for "Extra Virginity", a great book on the history and sourcing of olive oil. So glad they led me to Apollo. Wonderful, delicious actual olive oil.

I have a tablespoon of Mistral on a whole hass avacado almost every morning. Essential part of my breakfast. Fine taste and surely great for health. Buy six bottles at a time. Great people to deal with.
